Shipping & Returns
|How do you ship your products?||
All orders are shipped via USPS within the US. We do offer UPS shipping as an additional domestic (US) option. We ship internationally via DHL & UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Our shipping does not require signature for delivery and the courier might leave the package at your mailbox or door. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after a carrier has made a successful delivery at your designated address. Please email email@example.com if you require a signature for delivery.
For orders over $75 within the US we provide free shipping.
|Do you offer expedited shipping?||
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout for both US and international orders.
|What is your return policy?||
You may return items that are in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tag must still be attached) within 15 days of receiving your order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, details, and reason for return.
For orders within the US, a $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return processing. For returns of bulk orders, the full value of return shipping will be charged at our discretion. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund, net of any restocking fee, will be credited back to your original form of purchase. Please allow for 5-7 business days to be reflected on your statement.
At this time, International orders are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
|What is your exchange policy?||
We will do our best to accommodate exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to email@example.com to speak with a member of our team and indicate your desired exchange item(s).
|When will I get my refund?||
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, and then up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.
|Do you offer international shipping?||
Yes! Comme Si ships internationally to Canada, Europe, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand. If you live in another country and want to see Comme Si available there, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Comme Si, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Comme Si. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
